MAKE SURE WHAT YOU CAN BUILD ON YOUR PLOT AND WHAT PAPERWORK YOU NEED TO FULFILL
Everything depends on the provisions of the local zoning plan. If the plot is not included in the zoning plan, it will be necessary to obtain development conditions. At this stage it is also worth checking what networks (electricity, water and sewerage) your plot has access to. If necessary, apply to the local electricity supplier and waterworks with a request for connection.
ORDER AND WAIT FOR DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
