Quarry Brook Vermont, USA Book the stay

The dome was an unbelievable getaway! Very secluded and private, there was a parking spot marked for Hipcampers as soon as you pull into Nick and Tara’s driveway, and cute little arrows pointing you down the trail to the dome like a little scavenger hunt! Once we got there we couldn’t have been more comfortable. The dome itself is tucked right into the edge of the woods, with a beautiful stone rimmed fire pit just a few yards away, great picnic table space and even a camp stove for us to cook on! They even included cooking utensils, cups, plates, and coffee from the famous Mocha Joe’s in Brattleboro. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and you could watch the pines sway from the skylight in the dome all night. So relaxing, so peaceful and so so beautiful. We couldn’t recommend it more.

Tara and Nick’s Geodesic Dome was a dream! We arrived to the wood stove burning and firewood set up in the fire pit outside. The dome itself was pristine- clean, simple and beautiful. It was a chilly night (more April NE snow) but the wood fire, which we stoked a few times throughout the night, kept us warm and cozy, and an extra comforter was stored under the bed. Tara and Nick thought of it all- everything seemed close to brand new, including most of the cooking materials, and they were so kind to leave us some delicious local cider and chocolates. I could not recommend higher, and only wish we had more than one night to spend. A wonderful getaway on a chilly April weekend!

Slept in Tara and Nick’s Geodome was an amazing moment. The dome is such a lovely place to stay! We really loved our experience, in the middle of the forest! For sure, you should try the experience! Thanks a lot Tara!
